Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy involves the thorough assessment, treatment and management of aches and pains arising from the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and/or the nervous system. Manual Therapy or hands-on treatment is one of the preferred and most effective treatment options for people with musculoskeletal conditions such as:

    • Upper & Lower Back Pain
    • Neck Pain & Headaches
    • Referred Arm & Leg Pain
    • Spinal or Peripheral Joint Restrictions/ Stiffness
    • Muscle & Tendon Problems

Our Physiotherapist(s) use a wide range of therapeutic techniques to reduce pain and restore movement including Mobilisation, Manipulation, Soft Tissue Massage/ Myofascial Therapy, Dry Needling, Muscle Energy Techniques and Taping Strategies.

Our Physiotherapists take the time to explain the role of these techniques in the treatment and management of your pain and will often combine these treatment options with exercise therapy and rehabilitation to restore optimal MSK function, movement and control so that you can achieve good, sustainable results.
